POSITION Description
We are currently hiring a Systems Administrator/Windows Engineer. This position will handle Windows Servers and Desktops , Microsoft 365, Azure and other aspects of our clients environments both onsite and remotely support as part of our Support and Engineering Team This individual's primary role will be to handle proactive windows engineering and administration tasks, take a lead role on Projects, deal directly with our clients, and provide mentoring and upport to our Support Staffsk.
This individual will also participate in proactive windows engineering tasks, self directed mini projects and larger projects assignments.

We are primarily focused on providing full service business computing to our client base. This includes help desk support, regular maintenance, servers and networking infrastructures, new technologies, IT strategy, technology projects and rollout; pretty much anything a regular IT department might do for a given firm. - A few Years of Windows Experience
- Service Oriented Attitude
- Ability to communicate with all levels of end-user (verbal and written).

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Required Skills & Experience
- Microsoft Certifications/VCP preferred.
- Microsoft Server Systems, Networking, Basic TCP/IP
- 365 Knowledge
- Extremely strong troubleshooting skills and problem synthesis skills.
- 2+ years experience operating in a working with Windows Servers.
- Several Years TOTAL hands-on IT role
- Understanding of TCP/IP(DNS, DHCP)
- Strong computer and network troubleshooting skills
- Basic VMWARE/AZURE Skills
- Watchguard Firewalls a plus
Physical Skills
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Able to climb small ladders
