POSITION Description
We are currently hiring a Systems Administrator/Windows Engineer. This position will handle Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, Azure and other infrastructure portions of client environments both onsite and remotely support as part of our Proactive Server Administration Team. This individual's primary role will be to handle proactive windows engineering and administration tasks, take a lead role on Projects, deal directly with our clients, and handle more complex requests escalated from our Support Desk.
This individual will also participate in proactive windows engineering tasks, self directed mini projects and larger projects assignments.

Required Skills & Experience
- Microsoft Certifications/VCP preferred.
- Microsoft Server Systems, Networking, Basic TCP/IP
- 365 Knowledge
- Extremely strong troubleshooting skills and problem synthesis skills.
- 2+ years experience operating in a support role in a Windows 2008/2012 Server environment
- 5+ Years TOTAL hands on IT role
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
- Strong Understanding of Microsoft Windows Client/Server
- Understanding of TCP/IP(DNS, DHCP)
- Strong computer and network troubleshooting skills
- Basic VMWARE/AZURE Skills
- Watchguard Firewalls a plus
Physical Skills
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Able to climb small ladders
