POSITION
We are looking for an individual that can help us find more clients.  This person will use the phone, web and visits to office buildings in the areas near us  to qualify businesses within our target market and generate new leads
We will work to identifying the decision makers and setting appointments with them.  An ideal candidate might have done this in the past and is accustomed to making a bunch of telephone calls, exploratory emails and other marketing techniques such as   social media, website etc.

POTENTIAL
A successful candidate has the opportunity to move to a full time Sales Position as they learn more about the business and expand the number of opportunities.



Education and Attitude
  • 2 Years Advanced Degree/Military Service
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of end-user (verbal and written).
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Strong Telephone and Calling Skills
  • Ability and Desire to Execute dozens of calls daily. 
Ability to use the Web and Social Media To Explore and Track Down Potential Clients

  Outbound and inbound Inside Sales responsibilities
  • Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization that match our target market.
    • That is a big sentence that means, find some companies in a database, maybe look them up on the web or something and find out if they fit.
  • Identifying decision makers among the targeted leads in order to start sales process
    • This really means...who is the guy that is going to decide and can we talk to him?
  • Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
    • Just use our tools, or tell us if you know of better tools
  • Creating and delivering qualified leads and appointments to Sales, Setup Appointments.
    • This is the end game.  We need to talk to more people to get more clients!
    • ​Commissions paid on qualified appointments.
  • nctionsnctionnctionsme Emj  Using the Web  and email to prospect and nurture additional clients.
    • We need some help in setting up regular email marketing, drip marketing etc.
  • Use Some Social Media Tools To Help Us Find Additional Clients
    • We are not represented in this channel and feel that some of it might help us.
  • Conduct personal campaigns to discover new opportunities.
    • Visit buidlings in our geography to identify potential businesses that fit our target market.
    • Identify the business owners and decision makers.
       
  •    Maintain ongoing communcations with qualified clients
    • Maintain drip marketing and touches to improve our opportunity of being considered when buying decisions are made.
